Re-imagining retro academia, Matiz is an identity for a second-hand bookstore and community space in the hip neighborhood of Roma, CDMX. Matiz, spanish for “nuance”, sheds new light on old literature. The pared back yet poppy visual language speaks to the demographic in a way that brings a modern twist to an old classic.
